Shipping Terms & Conditions


Can take up to 30 working days from receipt of order.

The customer must be sure to enter the correct street address, contact phone number and email address when placing an order.

Sent via registered courier through Fastway Couriers.

Orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes - a street address must be supplied.

International deliveries are available upon request and priced accordingly.  In this case they would normally be rolled onto a core with mylar, the core is bubble-wrapped & then placed into a long strong box.


We are happy to offer returns within 7 days of receipt by the customer.

Should a customer wish to make a return, please first contact [email protected] to arrange a return as all returns must be approved.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the original purchaser.

Faulty items

Please don’t discard or destroy any faulty products.  We required photo proof of the faulty item and will then offer a replacement or full refund.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, sealed and secured sent via courier or registered mail paid for by ThierryB and arranged with him.

Refunds are to be issued via the original payment method.

Other refunds

If a refund is required for another reason, such as change of mind, a full refund will be given once the item has been returned and confirmed as undamaged and saleable by ThierryB.

All products must be returned in their original condition, and please note that return shipping and insurance costs incurred will not be refunded.

Products comprising the return must be dispatched/shipped within 7 days of the return’s approval.

Please note that the customer is liable for any diminished value of the product caused by delay or product handling during the return process.

We recommend that you return the product via registered post, courier or similar trackable method, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received in it’s original perfect condition.

The customer assumes any risk of theft, lost or damaged goods during transit and we therefore advise the customer takes out shipment registration of insurance with their carrier.

If these requirements are not met, ThierryB reserves the right to deny a refund.

If for any reason a product the customer has ordered is not available or is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund.


In the case of a requested exchange, the customer may be offered a refund where the product has sold out.
